This JOG50 variator pulley is the front drive part of the CVT transmission system, specially engineered for Yamaha JOG50 50cc two-stroke scooters with 3KJ engine, also compatible with Zuma 50 and BWS50 models. Manufactured with high-strength forged aluminum alloy and CNC precision machining, the roller sliding tracks go through surface hardening treatment, delivering outstanding hardness and wear resistance for long-term continuous high-speed riding.
As the key component of the CVT transmission system, the variator automatically changes the transmission ratio when the scooter accelerates. It effectively reduces power friction loss, optimizes throttle response and brings stronger low-speed pulling power. Precisely polished roller grooves guarantee rollers slide smoothly without sticking or jamming, maintaining consistent and stable power output. Built-in cooling fan blades quickly dissipate heat generated from CVT operation, preventing overheating damage and extending the service life of the variator and drive belt.
