This Majesty125 variator pulley is the front drive component of the CVT transmission system, specially engineered for Yamaha Majesty125 (YP125) 125cc four-stroke maxi scooters. Manufactured with high-strength forged aluminum alloy and CNC precision machining, the roller sliding tracks are treated by surface hardening, offering outstanding hardness and wear resistance during long-distance continuous high-speed riding.
As the key part of the CVT transmission, the variator automatically changes the transmission ratio when the scooter accelerates. It effectively reduces power friction loss, optimizes throttle response and delivers stronger low-speed pulling power. The precisely polished roller groove guarantees rollers slide smoothly without sticking or jamming, maintaining consistent and stable power output. The built-in cooling fan blades dissipate heat generated from CVT operation, protecting the drive belt and variator from overheating and prolonging the whole transmission service life.
